Magical Tree Festival

Thanks to everyone who supported our first ever Christmas Tree Festival weekend. We had trees decorated from QAHH, WCHP, Safe in Sussex, Southdowns Housing Associtaion, the Embroiderers Guild, Findon Guides and Brownies as well as our own groups - Knit and Natter, Family and Children's team, Missions Committee, Choir, Jubileee Committee, Wardens and not forgetting our wonderful Flower team. The refreshments in the hall were delicious served by our Social Committee and there were lots of stalls including a Tombola and Raffle. The visitors were entertained by a selection of musicians including John Collins, Cliff Dormand and Richard Elwood on the organ, Selina and John, our vocalist Claire and Maggie Williams with Andy Tomlins and Sheila Davis.

The weekend helped to raise nearly £1700 which will go towards our new central heating boiler!
