We have a new vicar, the Revd Andrew Cunnington.
Fr Andrew is, at present, vicar of St Matthew’s Church Redhill in the Diocese of Southwark, where he has been for 16 years. He is married with two adult daughters. We don’t have a date for his licensing to our parish, but he is looking forward to being with us and leading the ministry here. Fr Andrew was a local whose sending parish when he went off to train for ordination was St Symphorian’s, so he knows our St Peter’s from that time. He is enthusiastic and eager to begin his new ministry. We will pray for him and his family as they leave their present home and parish family and move to their new home and parish family.
