World Day of Prayer

This year's World Day of Prayer service was prepared by an ecumenical group of Christian women from Nigeria.

Many of the helpers at our service were colourfully attired with traditional Nigerian clothing thanks to Shelia Davis and her long-standing links to the country.

Thanks must go the Margaret Leader, Fr Bob Whittle and everyone who help to organise such a fantastic service. They raised £443, which will go towards the ongoing work of World Day of Prayer in England, Wales & Northern Ireland.
